Price Strategies

Our agents will conduct a pricing analysis by taking into account the economic situations, marketing trends, and referencing recent sales prices of comparable properties in the neighborhood over the past 3-6 months. They will identify the standout features of the property to determine the price.

Home Staging & Photography

We will collaborate with interior designers and renovation experts to create a tailored decoration and renovation plan for the property. Additionally, we will conduct a professional photo shoot at no additional costs, which captures the highlight of the property and enhances the overall interior ambiance to capture the attention of potential clients.

Marketing Promotion

Acre will list your property on all major mainstream real estate platforms. Acre will also utilize social media platforms to promote the property. Acre has a comprehensive social media presence across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more, to conduct all-encompassing promotion, helping you find buyers/tenants quickly and efficiently. In addition to online promotion, Acre will also arrange open house events to attract more potential clients.

Lease Application & Buyer’s Intent

Our agents will employ appropriate negotiation strategies and engage in negotiations with the buyer agent based on the market trends. The ultimate choice of the optimal buyer/tenant will be determined by their offers.

Application & Purchasing Procedure

If you are satisfied with the price and additional terms proposed by the buyer, a formal contract will be signed. Subsequently, the buyer will deposit the earnest money with a third-party escrow company and initiate the subsequent steps such as inspections and ownership verification. Our agents will maintain continuous communication with the buyer’s agent throughout the process to ensure  a smooth and timely closing.
