Lease Application & Buyer’s Intent

Application & Purchasing Procedure
If you are satisfied with the price and additional terms proposed by the buyer, a formal contract will be signed. Subsequently, the buyer will deposit the earnest money with a third-party escrow company and initiate the subsequent steps such as inspections and ownership verification. Our agents will maintain continuous communication with the buyer’s agent throughout the process to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
