Job Description
ACRE is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to support our team in property sales and rentals. This position is well-suited for candidates who are eager to enter the industry, gain practical experience, and build a long-term career in real estate.
As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be involved in client service, property database management, and market support. You will work closely with licensed agents, enhance team efficiency, and develop in-depth knowledge of the New York and New Jersey real estate markets.
Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing client needs and providing property matching support
Maintain and update property databases with accurate information
Support property showings and client follow-ups to enhance client experience
Conduct market research and compile industry insights to support decision-making
Assist in preparing contracts, documentation, and marketing materials
Provide daily administrative and operational support to real estate agents and the team
Qualifications
No real estate license required; strong interest in real estate industry preferred
Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administration preferred
Quick learner, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Eligible for CPT / OPT / STEM OPT / H1B visa sponsorship
