Job Description
ACRE is recruiting Commercial Real Estate Agents (must hold a New York or New Jersey real estate license). We focus on the sales and leasing of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and investment properties. If you have residential real estate experience and are looking to transition into commercial real estate, this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties.
Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and property evaluations.
Negotiate and prepare lease or sales agreements.
Provide professional consultation and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Active real estate license in New York or New Jersey
Prior residential real estate experience, with an interest in commercial real estate
Strong sense of responsibility, ambition, and commitment to long-term professional growth
