Astoria is a neighborhood in the western part of Queens, New York City. Geographically, Astoria sits along the East River and borders several other Queens neighborhoods, including Long Island City to the southwest, Sunnyside to the southeast, and Woodside and East Elmhurst to the east. Astoria is a vibrant neighborhood that became a major center for Greek immigrants in the early 20th century. Today, it is home to many authentic Greek restaurants, and the Greek community still makes up a significant part of the local population. The entire neighborhood has a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere where diverse cultures blend beautifully.

Astoria is a lively neighborhood with around 160,000 residents. It has long been known for its rich food scene, busy commercial corridors, and charming independent homes. The waterfront area in western Astoria has attracted many investors and developers because it is one of the last developable waterfront areas in New York City. Many parts of the neighborhood now offer high-quality housing, with architectural design, amenities, and lifestyle offerings that are comparable to high-end residential areas in Manhattan.
