Graduated from NYU marketing, finally found my favorite in the real estate industry. I enjoy every tour, every building, every house, every community has its unique charm. I am good at discovering the laws of the market, and this part of my ability gives me more than I can imagine in my work.
毕业于NYU marketing 专业，最终在地产行业找到了我的毕生最爱。我享受每一次的tour，每个大楼，每个房子，每个社区都有它独有的魅力。我善于发现市场规律，并且这部分能力在工作中给予了我超乎想象的辅助。
曾作为leasing agent为大楼工作，主要负责租赁和管理，因此熟悉申请楼层和物业管理。这个工作经历使得我更加了解纽约的地产市场，让我在作为broker工作的时候能够为客人精准搜索理想的房源。
我深知我的工作就是在合适的时间拿到合适的deal和签到客人喜欢的房子。这也是我作为一名salesperson的基本能力、职业素养与追求。
